GANT offers a 30-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your premium apparel and accessories. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached, for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the completed return form before securely sealing the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
